During this retreat, you will unwind, relax and rejuvenate. You will experience a modern form of meditation that is freeing and great for anyone, especially if they have a racing mind. Other topics include journaling, yoga/stretching, preventing burnout as a therapist, balancing your roles in life, realizing your goals and dreams, and much more! You will leave feeling grounded and prepared for your next chapter of business and life. Our classroom for the day will be just steps away from the beach. You’ll have time to practice meditation techniques on the beach and plenty of time to rest and integrate all you’ve learned.
